Hospice Insurance Question Concerning Insurance And Someone Being Dropped Because They Are Terminally Ill?

Question Concerning Insurance and someone being dropped because they are terminally ill? - hospice insurance

A friend of my granddaughter (7 years, blue-eyed cutie pie blonde head girl) is an incurable disease and was in palliative care through Blue Cross Blue Shield (PEEHIP). He decided he is not entitled to palliative B / C he did not show a decrease of 30 days. (We're talking about a child, 5 liters of oxygen (24-7), which is to say, a stomach tube in mega-doses of drugs seizures and is blind.) You, it is not declining. Please, if you know know a number in the Alabama Insurance Commission, please let me. This family has so much already. The insurance company had him sign a document stating she did not immediately call an ambulance if they stop breathing and before leaving told me that) insurance, which can not be treated with a high fever (the antibiotics. Thank you for your help.

First is, they have to sign a DNR. Resusitate not order? It is not good that I do not want a high fever. I looked at the Insurance Commission of Alabama and to find contacts for you, call 866-791-7777 or pay by e-mail to DrB@patientsrights.com - I also want an attorney, would not it sounds like s more for treatment, because (I'm sorry to say), but it will not die quickly enough and want to pay anymore. Contact a lawyer believe voilated to take care of their rights and to sign and agree to call an ambulance is wrong! What would happen, not breathing and his parents are forced to see them suffer? Now it could be because the insurance company take to court some time, but you treat any help for him to get, like Medicaid or other insurance needs in palliative care to medical care. May God bless you and Liitle daughter and her family. They are all in my prayers.
