Low Carb Yogurt Any Ideas For Healthy, Low-sugar, Low-carb Unprocessed Snacks?

Any ideas for healthy, low-sugar, low-carb unprocessed snacks? - low carb yogurt

I ate almonds, carrot sticks, kettle corn appeared on my stove, and yogurt at home. I'm bored with my current tastes, what should I have the next time I go to the supermarket?

Why not try not to eat snacks. Eat 3 meals a day, nothing in between. Eating at the same time every day. Drink lots of water. If you have a glass of water, snack. But if you consider also the snacks. And from there. Get things in carbohydrates and low in sugar, low sodium, low fat. Read the back of the pack and of course continue to help. I used to eat only one meal a day, which lasted all day. Once I reached a diet that low in carbohydrates, I cut all my snacks between meals. I eat 3 meals a day and drink 2 cups of coffee and about a liter of water per day. After I made the habit of eating when I no longer wanted.
